I graduated From the University of Houston with a degree in Civil Engineering. After working for Four years With Fluor Daniel engineering and construction ,I opened a Real Estate company called Marland Interest Inc. In 1985 I then establised and opened Western Mortgage Corporation in November 2000. We quicly grew during the refinance boom and currently have about 20 loan officers speaking a total of 7 to 8 different Languages. For the last several years we have averaged lending between 45 to 50 million a year.
